HOW LONG TILL I GET MY PRODUCT //

B A R O K K O  J E W E L S ship orders on Mondays - Fridays, during office hours only. We always aim to post your order as quickly as possible. Once we ship your order, it'll get there in about this long :

•72 hours to 10 days for Europe

•From 1 to 3 weeks for Overseas

As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email confirmation. Make sure you check your friend/foe filters on your email so our confirmation email doesn't end up in the land of spam. The delivery fees can be adjusted according to the country of delivery.

Note that you'll get a SPECIAL DISCOUNT depending on the amount of the purchase:

•SAVE 5€ for purchase over 150€ for France & Switzerland.

•SAVE 10€ for purchase over 150€ for Europe.

•SAVE 15€ for purchase over 190€ for Overseas.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE //

If you receive any Products that you are unhappy with, you may return the item to B A R O K K O J E W E L S within 14 days of receiving it and we will offer you a store credit or refund for the purchase price of the item.

The purchase price is the amount you paid for the Product and does not include any delivery costs. Items must be unworn, unwashed with the tags attached. If you need to return or exchange an item please contact me on the address below.
